The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,

I have previously used something like the script here:

in order to sync my mailling lists to mailman. What is the sympa way
to do this kind of stuff ?

If I add group with mail adress I whish sympa will synchronize my
mailling list. I believe the way to go is to use familly but
documentation is sparse partcularly I want to only allow robot
listmaster to add lists to uour own server. And it seems that it is
not possible with sympa.pl (specification of user is not possible).
