Hi Miles,

The parameter you refer to is the "footer_type" list parameter, see 
<http://www.sympa.org/manual/parameters-sending#footer_type>.
It is still there, however note that only listmasters can edit it (Admin 
> Edit List Config > Sending/receiving > Attachment type).
