The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,

I just got a complaint that our standard list footer no longer shows up 
(how to unsubscribe, contact list admin, etc.).

In checking, I noticed that list headers and footers are now ONLY 
attached as MIME items.  As I recall, in earlier versions of Sympa, 
there was an option to have them inserted as text at the end of messages 
- this seems to have disappeared with one recent releases.

What happened, and is there a way to get that functionality back?
