The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have a client on campus using the include_list feature to create a
list of lists.  The snippet from his config file looks like this:

He recently received an error that the include failed, and the following
got logged:

The combined total of all 4 include statements is 5,027 users.  We use a
MySQL database running on the same (very lightly loaded) host as Sympa,
so I would not think that would be the bottleneck.  All lists are on the
same server so I am at a loss as to how/why the lock could get taken for
7 minutes without getting released.  

Has anyone else run into issues like this or have any ideas on how to
debug it?
