Hello,

I must correct myself slightly, even when running on command line with
bulk.pk --debug it now says

Bulk::next() Bulk::next
Bulk::messageasstring() 
Bulk::messageasstring(ec6cbae748104c646e00345626ce44cd)
Out of memory!

We have at least 6GB of RAM

When switching down to debug level 0 i actually also got a

 Mar 11 17:26:53 localhost bulk[25732]: Bulk::get_remaining_packets_count() 
Unable to prepare SQL statement : MySQL server has gone away

after restarting sympa daemons, which I think is the same error
reporter earlier by Wolfgang Baumgartner... Of course the mysql server
is up and running fine. We have several other apps running agains it
and I can ot find anything wrong with our mysql server...
