1. read the change log checking lines start start with "***" . They mention most important changes.
2.  you must stop all sympa processes, including apache. save all Sympa installation including database.
3. install new version
4. run

1. sympa.pl --upgrade
2. sympa.pl --md5_encode_password  
3. sympa.pl --upgrade_shared 

restart sympa processes Serge
