The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

We are using Sympa 5.4.6, and the web page is wholly contained behind a 
firewall with no external access to spammers.  Our users have requested 
that they be able to access the archives without having to click the "I 
am not a spammer" button.

Digging through the Sympa documentation, it looks like I'm supposed to 
set either spam_protection to 'none'
web_archive_spam_protection to 'none' in the sympa.conf file, but having 
done so, there is no change in the behavior.

What am I missing?
