I am not sure but I do not think that sympa can re-read the config files on the fly.

Digging through the Sympa documentation, it looks like I'm supposed to set either spam_protection to 'none'
web_archive_spam_protection to 'none' in the sympa.conf file, but having done so, there is no change in the behavior.

What am I missing?
