Could someone please confirm: In reading through the documentation for
include2, it appears that one cannot use include_sql_query or
include_ldap_query to include anything but the email address of
subscribers.  On the other hand, it looks like one can use
include_remote_file to include both the email address and, for example
the person's name.  Is this correct that the only way to include
someone's name is using include_remote_file or include_file?
