The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

I'm using Sympa for one year, with no problems.
I chose Sympa, because it had a good interface with some databases.
But now one user send mails with HTML multipart and the list only see 
the the html part, and the images are not exist.
I send a Multipart/HTML but the list recive only html part, and it is 
not a Multipart.
I don't seek any information about it. Where do I correct the 
configuration files to I can use HTML/Multipart mails?
