The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

I'm very new to Sympa.  I've managed to set it up to support Shib and I can 
create a list just fine.  But when I go to admin, it always says "List not 
yet activated."  I don't remember creating any kind of super user to approve 
lists.  What do I do?
