first hi for all members

i'm improving a testing enviroment to integrate postfix + ldap (i
store here the "mailist" in use) + sympa... and postgres...if i can :)
my first impresions from sympa are good.. i try to have these
impression for a lot of time :)..

but.. i find something that's looks a "bug" (i dont want to say's that
its a bug, but..)  in "/etc/sympa.conf".. these file has missing the
"db_port" parameter, without them (and setting), the start script will
fail...
