Hi Kim,

Nothing in the Sympa CSS is supposed to hide the login form.

You should maybe check your auth.conf file : 
https://www.sympa.org/dev-manual/authentication#auth.conf

It should at least contain something like:

user_table
       regexp                 .*

You can also  chek chether you use a cutsomized version of 
"loginbanner.tt2", the template that geenrates the login area.
