Looking at the end of the server admin page, you will have indication of
the number of hit served by the cgi : exemple :

"This FastCGI process (5479) has served 642 pages since 25 Feb 2009 at
04:02:31. "

If the process id should be one of the fcgi running demon, the number of
pages must increase after at least 3 hit (because you are running 3 fcgi
server). If not, apache is not using fcgi server for this URL.
