Just now I got

ERROR (create list) - missing argument info

And I figured it out by myself. I had forgotten to set some options.

It was not clear for me, that I had to write something into the
info/description field.

Maybe the error message could be improved.

1. error message

The list could not be created because the following parameter was not
specified.

2. a not in the web interface

All values have to be filled out.
