Hi Paul,

Yes, all you need to do in Sympa to create a virtual host is to create 
its two directories (etc/foo.org/ and expl/foo.org) along with its 
robot.conf file (etc/foo.org/robot.conf).
And, yes, the name of the directory corresponds to the name of the 
virtual host.
