Actualy we have a feature that prevents loops for commands sent to Sympa, see <http://www.sympa.org/manualtest/conf-parameters/part3?s=loop#loop_prevention>

Roger, please feel free to describe the way majordomo handles that here : https://sourcesup.cru.fr/tracker/?group_id=23&atid=170&func=detail&aid=469

David Verdin a écrit :
Sorry, this functionality doesn't exist in Sympa. there is no trace of such a feature request in our tracker.
Could you please submit a feature request in which you would describe what exactly you would like to do?

Of course, if you want to implement it, we will gladly integrate your work.

Have there been requests for, or has anyone implemented, posting quotas? Majordomo 2 has the ability to set soft (moderation) and hard (rejection) limits on number of posts per (time period)... This is possibly the last inhibitor to conversion for us.
