That was my intention once the document was completed (and maybe 
socialized on the mailing list first).

Indeed.  I spent a deal of time thinking about what was said there and 
trying to use it - the veritable curate's egg - good in parts but is not 
a total integrated solution. Not that I am claiming I have the ultimate 
answer ;-)
