The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Is there any possibility to limit lists to be included by include_lists to the
robots domain lists for owner,privileged_owner and even listmaster.
We run a multi robots environment and delegate listmaster role to our
departments responsibles. They should be able to build hiearchical lists with
include_lists. But they should not be able include or see other robots
subscribers using this feature.

If there is not yet a possibility to configure it, have you got any hints how 
to
implement it?
