Basically, you need to write a new visibility scenario. There are a
couple of options. If this is a 'public' listserver and you want to
allow anyone to view the lists, just write a visibility scenario like so
that will match any 'sender':
title.gettext Allow any logged in user to view lists
match([sender],/^.+$/) smtp,md5,smime -> do_it
