The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Is the there an automatic synchronisation, or does one need to manually 
do something.  I have setup a list that has a dozen or so local 
duscribers but the rest 300+ come from a database.  The database is not 
particularly volatile.  The list is used only once per month for a 
newletter.  I'd rather not have to remember to do a sync prior to 
mailing the newsletter but haven't seen anything to indicate that 
automatic syn is possible.
