The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Okay, I'm sure there's a simple solution for this that I'm missing,  
but I'm not making much headway.

I'm running a Sympa 5.3.4 server with a number of lists.  I want these  
lists to be visible to anyone who logs onto the server, regardless of  
whether they are subscribed to each list or not.  Until someone has  
logged in, I want no lists displayed.  Essentially, I want the same  
thing as subscriber_only visibility, but based on the user table  
rather than the list's subscriber table.

Thoughts?
