The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I just tested with MailTools 1.77 and am getting the same results.
What puzzles me is that testing with just the Message.pm package seems
to work fine -- MailTools handles the bad header without a problem.
So, I wonder what is different in the Sympa environment that causes it
to have a problem.
I did notice this warning in the sympa log during startup:
Oct  9 13:37:45 pythagoras sympa(command)[3939]: Language::SetLang(),
missing locale parameter

Could differing locale definitions be a problem?  I'm grasping at
straws, here!
