I respond to your mail in the sympa-users mailing list because the 
symp-fr mailing list is dedicated to French speaking users :

The listmaster automatically inherits listowner privileges for every 
list (see List::verify and List::am_i subroutines). Therefore you can't 
lower listmaster privileges easily, unless you change List::am_i() 
subroutine

Could you please explain your use case ?
