I hate reply to myself, but...

Solved, dpkg-reconfigure -plow locales and restart sympa, i've forgot
the latter.

...boh, probably some cookie or spool file glue left around, i've tried
some days later and now address@concealed is really
listmaster.

Still i hit this. remove_headers remove headers only on lists messages,
not on web interface? Or what?
