Good news!
Please don't hesitate to write to this list, would a problem occur. Many Sympa users read it and can help you. We don't always have the time to answer at once, but your mail will be read and answered ASAP.

Regards, and thanks for your interest in Sympa!

hai david,
thanks for reponding my question :)

now my sympa works like a charm. as long as i remember i just create bounce directory in /var/sympa/
and run postalias hash:/etc/mail/sympa_aliases (why sympa web interface did not create db/hash sympa_aliases automaticaly?)

and everything is run correctly until now. both web interface and mailing list.

thanks

Hari,

Sorry it took so long to answer you.
Your logs indicate that Sympa removes your message to prevent a loop. There can be several reasons.
Are all the messages rejected or only some of them ?
I need to see a rejected message file to understand your problem. Could you please send it ?
Meanwhile, looking at the part of Sympa doc regarding loops prevention could maybe enlighten you :
