The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am using version 5.2.4.  Is there a command for deleting a list 
completely?  The close_list merely puts the list into state closed, but 
it still exists in the database and in the expl/ directory.  I can go 
into the database to delete the records and delete the directory, but 
this doesn't feel right.  I suspect I am missing something.
