The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Running version of 5.2.4 I am trying to make use of family scenarios.  I 
created visibility.acs-senders in etc/families/acs-residences/scenari...

families:
drwxr-xr-x 3 sympa sympa 4096 2007-03-09 17:06 acs-residences

families/acs-residences:
drwxr-xr-x 2 sympa sympa 4096 2007-03-08 11:29 scenari

families/acs-residences/scenari:
-rw-r----- 1 sympa sympa 357 2007-03-08 11:18 visibility.acs-senders

But when I created a list in this family it said "Unable to open 
scenario file visibility.acs-senders, please report to listmaster"

Where should the scenario file be put for it to be available to the 
family but not globally?

As a supplementary question, while I have been playing with this stuff I 
have closed lists in this family and been told: "Impossible to send 
notify to owner informing status family_closed for the list example", 
but the owner is clearly defined in the list config (and also in the 
family's config.tt2, since it is fixed):

owner
reception mail
profile privileged
email address@concealed
