Is this the message content, or the subject?

Note: If you're not aware, that value after the "list" part is a specific
hash
that must match the message you want to moderate.

Do you get a reply telling you that the message will be forwarded, or that it
had an error? Or perhaps a bounce error telling you the message could not be
delivered?

It's not a bounce, so you're in the wrong section. You need to look under
Moderate. Note that you must log in as one of the moderators (not owner or
list admin, unless it's the same email address) to get to the Moderate
section.

Also make sure that /etc/aliases (can be elsewhere, as long as your mail
server picks it up, and there is only ONE entry) has an entry for "sympa" -
If this has gone missing, then you won't be able to communicate with sympa
via the mail interface. Details on what it should be can be found in the
documentation in the install section.
