could be that I found the problem now. There is only one subscriber and
this subscriber had causes a bounce once. The issue has been resolved,
the listowner selected "Review members", selected the e-mail-address and
chose to "Reset errors".
If there is only ONE subscriber, who had errors and who had the errors
reset, sympa will tell you that there is 1 subscriber with an error-rato
of 0%.
So the list looks good. And there is no indication that this subscriber
ever had any problems before.

However, sympa probably has an internal flag somewhere which specifies
"all subscribers are bouncing" and this flag probably is not updated
when someone chooses to reset the errors of a subscriber.
Any further message sent to the list causes a message "Message
diffusion : Internal server error" bounced to the sender and a message
"Listmaster : internal server error" sent to the recipient.
Sympa never tries to sent a new message to the only subscriber, thus it
never realises that the issues regarding that subscriber have been
resolved.

I have seen the very same problem before and I'm a little bit ashamed
for not identifying the issue earlier. I can reproduce it any time with
a new list having only one subsriber who always bounces. Not sure wheter
I sent a report to the list some month ago or whether I did a bug-report
on this.

Perhaps I can find more time to investigate on this tomorrow, but I
suppose the developers would know better where to search....
