I just deleted all the sync_include tasks in the spool/task directory, 
and task_manager does indeed recreate them:

I've attached the config files for both testlist-foo and testlist-bar. 
testlist-foo was created in Sympa 5.1.2, I then upgraded to 5.2.3, and 
finally created testlist-bar, so it's not something that's just 
happening to new lists.  Thoughts?  Need any more info from me?
