Hello,
I've submited an update for sympa 5.2.2 to FreeBSD Team
Port is accepted and now present in ports tree, binary packages will be available soon.
The problem of locales is corrected by solaris Patch (using gettext_pp).
Port can now be used with any apache version >= 1.3.
