The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I asked this before but didn't get an answer, I really need to know how to do
this.

I get many different people who are not subscribers but want to browse my
archives on my list server. Many of them complain that before they can browse
the archives they have to click on a button that says "I am not a ****" before
they can get through and this is not needed on other MLMs.

It seems like there should be a way to turn this off but I have searched all 
of
the available documents and I can't find anything that works.
