The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm not sure if this a question for the sympa-users or sympa-dev lists .
I'm asking here first in case I've missed something in the users documentation
....

I'd like to use the topics feature with digested, html, text only, and 
standard
'reception' modes though the gui in the wwwsympa implies that they are 
mutually
exclusive - a subscriber can only be subscribed in standard reception mode. 

If this is not just a configuration issue, and does requires some
reprogramming, can anyone hazard a guess as to how much work would be 
involved.
I'd like a rough idea of the work involved before I go down that path ....
