The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

How does a person unsubscribe from a  sympa mailling list if the source for   
 

the list is created using a combination of LDAP, MySQL and a text file? Is it 
 
    
even  possible?                                                               
 
      
                                                                              
 

I'm just wondering whether there exist an exclusion file in which the email   
 

address is added upon an UNSUBSCRIBE so that if there is a match, email is    
 

not  sent to those listed in the exclusion file even though they are still in
the    
database.
