The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Is there a way to get an XML dump of a list's config suitable for tweaking 
and feeding to 

sympa.pl -add_list

Example use of this would be a list owner saying that that need N new lists 
configured in the same way as a list they already own - a bit less formal 
than the family mechanism.

Alternatively what is the easiest way for me to set up lists with the same 
options as an existing list?  We're currently running  5.1.2
