The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I've been testing an upgrade from Sympa 4.1.1 to 5.2 and have run  
into a showstopper.

The upgrade works fine, converting all the files as need be, and,  
when it finishes, all the lists seem to be intact and contain the  
same number of subscribers.

However, when I attempt to change any of the lists we have that are  
created via sql calls to an Oracle db server from "user_data_source  
include" to "user_data_source include2" those lists end up with no  
subscribers.

Note - I've tried this on and off for the past month, starting the  
test with the cvs version of sympa 5.2b up to yesterdays cvs copy of  
it - it's always the same results. Perhaps I am missing something  
simple?  All I am changing is the user_include_data on the webconfig  
page for the list.

I have also tried upgrading to 5.1.2 and that worked just fine - all  
subscribers intact - even when I changed those lists to include2.  If  
I take that ssytem and upgrade it to 5.2 I get the same problem.

If I don't get past this I'll be stuck at 5.1.2 at least until 5.2.x  
or 5.3 are released (assuming that fixing whatever issue I am running  
into.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
