The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Sympa.conf parameters are not dynamically reloaded by wwsympa.fcgi.
Therefore if you changed the create_list parameter, you have to restart 
(or reload) your Apache server.

If you still don't see the "create list" button on the web interface it 
probably means that you are not identified as listmaster ('listmaster' 
should be printed above your email address on the web page)
