Nobody responded the first time I posted this. Maybe the 2nd time is the charm:
I run a list with a somewhat torturous sign-up process.
When I receive a subscription request message, I send an email to the
person asking a few screening questions. Then, depending on the answer,
I either approve or reject the subscription.
What I'd like to do is have that information request generate an
automatic email that asks the questions - i.e., instead of the message
saying "your request has been forwarded to the list owner" I'd like the
message to say "please send the following information to list-owner@...."
I know where the file is that defines the authorization.owner scenario
to be:
(true) -> owner
But where is the action "owner" defined? Is there a message template I
can change on a list-specific basis?
Thanks very much,
Miles Fidelman
