The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Not really ... If we do not have this in place the end users would turn the
mailing list server to be a ftp server or their storage.  It would also help 
to
keep the mailing list more orgarnized and the backup locate the backup tape
quicker if restore is needed.  Also, the mailing list admin would be able to
predict in advance in how much disk space they actually need to add to the
system.  In other words, the Mailing List Admins would perform their job 
better
and easier in a proactive manner (plus there is no screaming from the end 
users
