Using Sympa 4.1.5-2 on Debian.
I authenticate to ldap and have 1 user (who is supposed to be a listmaster) that Sympa refuses to authenticate. The user's password works with our postfix/cyrus setup and can log in successfully against those. I've restarted sympa and ldap.I have changed the password in the tree (and verified that the password sucessfully changed) and even deleted and recreated the user in my ldap tree.
Does it mean that LDAP authentication works fine with other users ?
syslog and sympa.log both say:
Jul 22 12:04:53 mail wwsympa[26621]: [robot lists.mydomain.com] [client 207.13.xxx.xxx] do_login(address@concealed)
Jul 22 12:04:53 mail wwsympa[26621]: Incorrect password for user address@concealed ; host: ldap.mydomain.com:389
Jul 22 12:04:53 mail wwsympa[26621]: authentication: incorrect password for user address@concealed
Jul 22 12:04:53 mail wwsympa[26621]: Authentication failed
What does your auth..conf looks like ?
