The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Using Sympa 4.1.5-2 on Debian.

I authenticate to ldap and have 1 user (who is supposed to be a 
listmaster) that Sympa refuses to authenticate. The user's password 
works with our postfix/cyrus setup and can log in successfully against 
those. I've restarted sympa and ldap.I have changed the password in the 
tree (and verified that the password sucessfully changed) and even 
deleted and recreated the user in my ldap tree.

syslog and sympa.log both say:
