Hello,

I tried to configure Sympa (5.0.1) to use LDAP authentication for users
from within our domain.
Somehow this does not seem to work - authentication fails. On the LDAP
server, I don't see any connections from the sympa server.

I copied auth.conf to etc/ and changed it:

ldap
~        regexp uibk\.ac\.at
~        host valserv.uibk.ac.at:1389
~        bind_dn uid=sympa,ou=systems,o=Universitaet Innsbruck,c=AT
~        bind_password whatever
~        authentication_info_url http://www.uibk.ac.at/myurl/
~        timeout 30
~        suffix ou=people,o=Universitaet Innsbruck,c=AT
~        get_dn_by_uid_filter (uid=[sender])
~        get_dn_by_email_filter (mail=[sender])
~        email_attribute mail
~        scope sub

user_table
~        negative_regexp uibk\.ac\.at


When I try to login with a "@uibk.ac.at" address, the following lines
are shown in syslog:

Any ideas?
