Has anyone else encountered problems with wwsympa failing to access the
sympa database using mysql 4.0.23?

I have a debian system with the above mysql, and sympa 4.1.2. Sympa and
wwsympa have been running fine for a while, but today I ran an
dist-upgrade and mysql updated to 4.0.23.

Since then the wwsympa fails to display subscribers to any list when
'review' is selected. Sending REV LISTNAME to sympa by email works OK.

In sympa's log, I see: 

wwsympa: Sympa not setup to use DBI
wwsympa: Function available for lists in database mode only

Why does wwsympa no longer recognise the lists are in database mode?

I checked the perl modules:

DB_File         OK      1.810
DBD::mysql      OK      2.9004
DBI             OK      1.45

So what's going wrong?
