Yes, because you can create an own mhonarc-resource-file, for displaying 
the message in wwwsympa-interface without attachments.

Smply add:
<MIMEExcs>
application
image
audio
video
</MIMEExcs>

to the resource-file. More information regadring mhonarc can be found at 
http://www.mhonarc.org/
