I am having problems with web permissions, specifically within the 
spool/msg dir, and am wondering what permissions need to be set if I do 
not have suidperl.  If there is a way around using suidperl?  From what 
I have read, perl must be recompiled with suidperl under NetBSD.  This 
is an option, but not my first.  If anyone can give hints as to how I 
can set the appropriate privileges to for wwsympa to work, it would be 
greatly appreciated.
