The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

hi,
i'm trying to test my translation. i've followed the instructions, but it 
doesn't really work: i still get only english. also, on the web interface, 
the list of languages (on the bottom left corner) is completely empty.
could it be a problem with my sympa.conf? (it's an older version)
