The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello sleepy people ;),

how could I add a new type of reply-to rewriting that could be
like "list" when the sender does belong to the list and becomes "all"
when he does not?

So that the person who sends a mail to the list get some responses
when he is not subscribed, but does not get them twice when he is...
