The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I migrated a sympa installation from one machine to another one.

In the process, I made the mistake of not copying the cookie from the old 
sympa.conf to the new one - which, I discovered, messes up everyone's 
passwords.

Unfortunately, some new users now have passwords generated with the new 
cookie.

So... rather than trying to untangle the mess, is there a way to get sympa 
to issue a new password to all users?
