The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I just migrated to a new machine.

After setting up mysql, apache, and sympa, I:
- copied over all the archives and config files from my old machine
- dumped the old mysql database, and then loaded it into the new machine

Almost everything seems to work:
- all the list members are there
- the lists work

But.... everyone's passwords seems to be messed up.  When a remind message 
goes out, or when someone asks for a password reminder, they get back a 
password that is full of junk characters.  New users seem to get their 
passwords set ok.

Anybody have any ideas about this?
